The ASUCD Senate resolution to support the cause of the Filipino Veteranos, and the Full Equity bills has passed!
I can't even begin to explain how amazed I am by the powerful unity that was demonstrated today.
We told the story of the struggle, and we now have a powerful new ally in the ASUCD Senate. Thank you to all the people that came out to support the resolution, the Senate for taking the time to really learn about our cause, and especially to FILAH [edit: sorry about the typo earlier it was late!] President/ASUCD Senator/and a all around awesome girl Janine Fiel for being the leader that made this happen.
We can't stop here. THIS IS EMPOWERMENT
