MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of Chi Rho Omicron shall be to promote the understanding, enrichment and appreciation of the Pilipino culture, history and heritage through a brotherhood/family environment; to instill the desire for self-improvement, scholastic excellence and the cultivation for civic responsibility.

A Great Hero of Our Time

Chi Rho Omicron would like to take a moment and remember Bill Sorro, who passed
August 27th, 2007. Bill was a great activist fighting for various minority groups. The work he
is most remembered for is his struggle to bring back the I-Hotel. The I-hotel stands today as
a sign of his hard work and dedication. For a more detailed biography and account of his
