Relay For Life, sponsored by College Students Against Cancer at UC Davis and in conjunction with The American Cancer Society, is a 24-hour event designed to raise money for cancer research and awareness efforts. UC Davis has hosted this miraculous event since 2004 and since then, Relay For Life has had an average of 88 teams and over 1,000 participants each year. Community members of all ages, student organizations, athletic teams, fraternities and sororities partake in this event.
This will be the first time the Brothers of Chi Rho Omicron (XPO) will partake in this exhilarating and meaningful opportunity. Together with other fellow students, friends, families, cancer patients, and cancer survivors we will come together on April 10, 2010 on the UC Davis campus and share our strong sense of care, hope, and awareness to our community.
